Air India Express is actively managing a disruption caused by a sudden sick call from some cabin crew, offering revised schedules and alternatives for affected passengers to minimize inconvenience.

Air India Express has announced proactive measures to address the inconvenience faced by passengers due to an unexpected sick call from a small segment of its cabin crew. The issue, which began affecting operations last night, prompted the airline to revise its flight schedules actively and explore all possible solutions to mitigate the impact on its guests.

In a statement released earlier today, Air India Express reassured its passengers of its steadfast commitment to minimizing disruptions. “We are fully committed to minimizing the inconvenience this situation may cause to our guests. We have mobilized all available resources and have revised our flight schedules accordingly,” the airline stated.

To further assist passengers whose travel plans have been disrupted, Air India Express is offering accommodations on alternative flights. This includes flights operated by other airlines within the group, ensuring that passengers can reach their destinations with minimal delay.

Passengers booked to travel with Air India Express during this period are advised to check the status of their flights before heading to the airport. The airline has updated the “Flight Status” section of its website to provide real-time information on the ongoing situation. Additionally, passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed for more than three hours have the option to request a full refund or reschedule their flights to a later date without any additional charges.
