Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour has become the first hotel in Darling Harbour precinct to open exclusive Club accommodation, raising the bar on the standard of hotel accommodation in one of Sydney’s most popular business and entertainment precincts.

Having recently completed an extensive refurbishment program, the hotel has created an exclusive lounge for Club guests who receive a host of upgraded services and added extras in exchange for a fifty dollar premium on their nightly room rate. Discreet workstations are available in the lounge, as are high-speed data points at individual tables throughout the lounge and in each room of the hotel.

Club guests receive continental breakfast and evening cocktails and canapes each day in the Club lounge, and access to the dedicated Club Floor attendant throughout the day. Late 2pm checkout is standard for Club guests, who can check in and out directly from the Lounge situated on the top floor of the hotel with views over Darling Harbour.

Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour also provides its Club guest with daily newspapers and upgraded room amenities, with fresh fruit and lollies placed in room daily.

The Club product creates a true point of difference for the hotel in the Darling Harbour precinct, which is already proving popular with business and leisure travellers alike.

“Since we introduced the Club product a month ago, we have had overwhelmingly positive feedback from guests who have recognised the value of the added services and facilities they receive when they stay in Club,” said Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour’s General Manager, Robert Coates.

“Our corporate guests have appreciated having an exclusive lounge area where they can relax or conduct their business in a smart and stylish environment. Club has also been popular among leisure guests, who have the opportunity to make their stay extra special for a comparatively low price.

“All of our guests have recognised that Club is a cut above anything currently available in the Darling Harbour precinct. The cost of upgrade is negligible compared to the many added extras Club guests receive, and we are already seeing it grow in popularity,” Mr Coates said.
