Vietjet launches new flight route from Ho Chi Minh City to Yangon (Myanmar)

The Ho Chi Minh City – Yangon route will initially operate five round trips per week with a flight duration of 2 hours 15 minutes per section. 

SINGAPORE – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has officially launched the operation of its international flight route from Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam) to Yangon (Myanmar). The Ho Chi Minh City – Yangon route will initially operate five round trips per week with a flight duration of 2 hours 15 minutes per section. 
 
Vietjet currently operates two daily flights from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City. Flights depart Singapore Changi International Airport at 1.00pm and 5.25pm (local time). Return flights from Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City depart for Singapore at 8.55am and 12.55pm (local time). The flight duration is 2 hours and 5 minutes.
 
Travelers from Singapore can then spend a full day in Ho Chi Minh city before departing for Yangon from Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 10.25am (Vietnam time) and arrive at Yangon International Airport at 12.10pm (Yangon time). The return flight departs Yangon at 1.00pm (Yangon time) and arrives in Ho Chi Minh City at 3.45pm (Vietnam time).
