United Points partners with Trip Affiliates Network to extend its loyalty programme 

TA Network is a leading cloud based technology solutions provider in the travel and hospitality sector.

United Points (UP) announced the expansion of its collaboration with Trip Affiliates Network to offer online hotel booking services on its loyalty platforms. Through this partnership the UP Hotel Booking Platform, powered by TA Network, will offer over a million accommodation properties globally for direct booking using UP Points.

Since 2014, UP has provided businesses with a plug and play turnkey loyalty commerce solution that empower them to retain and engage customers and employees. Its solution is now used by more than one million customers in Singapore and Malaysia. Loyalty and HR managers also leverage on UP‘s ready merchant content across more than 500 merchant and airline brands to help their business create an instant rewards catalogue.

Through this partnership, UP will be able to contract and book directly with TA Network hotel affiliates as well as gain easy access to competitive global travel content from TA Network partners. UP’s business clients will have access to additional tools to increase sales by rewarding loyal customers with discounts or other incentives while streamlining processes for customer retention
