Travelmood tips Thailand for best value holidays in 2010

Long-haul, tailor-made tour operator and retailer, Travelmood has identified Thailand as the destination in its collection that is offering the best value deals on 2010 holidays. The company is also advising that Australasia will be excellent value to fly to and that early bookers will bag the biggest bargains.

“In 2009 we saw a lot of holiday-makers booking at the last minute – six to eight weeks before travel, in many cases – largely due to the economic climate. In response to that, the hotels and airlines in many of the destinations we programme are offering superb deals for customers who book early,“ says Rad Sofronijevic, managing director of Travelmood.

“Thailand is definitely more affordable for 2010 than it was this year because of the great, value-added deals around. Airlines to Australia and New Zealand are also offering very competitive prices on 2010 flights, making the countries very affordable for Britons visiting next year.”

Travelmood, which offers holidays to the Far East, Indian Ocean, Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Canada, has launched an “extrAValue” brochure dedicated to holidays in 2010 that have added value offers associated with them. The deals range from free room upgrades, nights, meals and spa treatments to early booking bonuses and Thailand has the widest variety and the offers with the most significant savings.
