The Hari Hong Kong appoints Edward E. Snoeks as General Manager

Dutch native Edward E. Snoeks is a seasoned hotelier with three decades of experience in luxury hospitality across Europe and Asia including Hong Kong and Thailand.

Harilela Hotels Ltd announce the appointment of Edward E. Snoeks as General Manager of The Hari Hong Kong, a 210-room luxury hotel located in the vibrant Wan Chai.

Dutch native Edward E. Snoeks is a seasoned hotelier with three decades of experience in luxury hospitality across Europe and Asia including Hong Kong and Thailand. Prior to joining The Hari Hong Kong, Edward was General Manager of the newly opened Meliá Chiang Mai, the first five-star property in the city for many years, after his appointment as pre-opening General Manager of Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok & The Residences as well as Thailand’s Regional General Manager and General Manager of The Okura Prestige Bangkok. During his time at the hotel, the French and Japanese restaurants attained a Michelin Star and Michelin Plate accreditation respectively.

Edward had his Asian debut in 1994 when he held senior positions at The Regent Hong Kong and Marco Polo Hotels. In 2013, Edward joined Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay as General Manager prior to his role as Vice President of hotel operations at Hong Kong Parkview Hotel Services, where he opened award-winning hotels in Taipei and Beijing.
