Luxury that transcends brands comes to Thailand with launch of HoteLux app

HoteLux members get insider access to the finest names in luxury, with benefits including daily complimentary breakfast, up to USD100 hotel dining or spa credit per stay, complimentary room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out, pay upon check-in options and a flexible cancellation policy that recognises modern travel moves with the times and at the speed of thought.

BANGKOK, THAILAND – HoteLux broke the mould for delivering seamless and convenient luxury hotel bookings and benefits that cut across brands and borders, giving users a world of flexibility, luxury and convenience at their fingertips without locking them into restrictive loyalty programmes.

Now, after successful launches in Singapore and Japan, it’s launching in the Land of Smiles. And there is plenty to smile about; HoteLuxapp.com is like having a seasonal booking agent and personal premium concierge in your mobile phone that connects members to a portfolio of acclaimed luxury hotel groups, exclusive and invite-only luxury agent programs, all while accruing valuable membership points no matter which hotel or brand you choose.

Best of all, users who are also members of existing hotel loyalty programmes – such as Marriott’s Bonvoy, Hilton’s Honours, Hyatt’s World of Hyatt – can double-dip on points. All of this in one seamless app available on both IOS and Android, which users say is like having a red carpet to roll out in your pocket whenever you need it.

Hotels currently listed read like the who’s who of luxury brands with imperious brands such as Four Seasons, Capella, Waldorf Astoria, The Ritz-Carlton, Park Hyatt, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, The Peninsula, Aman, Six Senses, Banyan Tree, the Dorchester Collection, Belmond Hotels and others all featuring in the privileged listing.

HoteLux doesn’t collect money on the hotel’s behalf. All bookings are made directly with the hotel, which means last-minute changes can be made without a fuss. The app allows you to view best available rates and make bookings at the touch of a button.

Yihao Shi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of HoteLux, says that further upgrades to the app’s features are in the pipeline. “These features will allow HoteLux to be a one-stop concierge platform for our users’ travel needs – they will be able to make bookings for limousine services, popular restaurants and even use the app to tailor-make an exclusive travel plan.”

HoteLux app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play, currently available in English, Japanese and Thai with additional languages of Korean, Traditional Chinese to be launched in the near future.
