The best business travel companies 2012 awarded at travel fair TUR in Gothenburg

In the survey The Nordic Business Travel Barometer has close to 8,000 Nordic decision-makers and business travelers judged the performance of more than 100 different airlines, hotel chains, travel agencies, car rental and payment companies with operations in the Nordics, based on seven important customer satisfaction parameters (price value, service, time saving etc.) and a general NPS question – Net Promoter Score.

Business Travel Award, with its origin in the Swedish part of the Nordic survey, was established in 2007 in partnership between the consult and analyzing company Resegeometri, The Swedish Business Travel Association (SBTA) and the industry magazine Travel News, and is awarded annually during the travel fair TUR in Gothenburg.

The award is given in six different categories, and the winner in each category is:

Best Airline Domestic: Malmo Aviation
Best Airline International: Thai Airways
Best Car Rental Company: Hertz
Best Payment services: First Card
Best Travel Agency: Resia
Best Hotel chain: Clarion Collection Hotels
