Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, A Luxury Collection Hotel, recently won the TripAdvisor “Certificate of Excellence”. The prestigious award honors excellence in hospitality and is only given to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Just ten percent of hotels listed on the renowned website receive the award.
To qualify for the “Certificate of Excellence”, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
