NEW DELHI – Campaign ‘I am 25‘ is celebrating SATTE‘s Silver Jubileeyear with eye-catching events on the 25th of every month
SATTE, South Asia’s largest travel and tourism exhibition, continues to celebrate its silver jubilee year in 2018. As par the of the campaign titled ‘I am 25‘ which was launched on July 25, UBM India’s SATTE has rolled out exciting events on 25th of every month leading up to the SATTE expo, to create more opportunities for the travel trade fraternity. The line up for 25th August is a ‘Thought Leadership Summit‘ which will include 25 industry leaders speaking on a vast range of industry topics.
The event is powered by Travel Trends Today, the leading B2B travel trade publication since 34 years. The two hours conference will be held at Le Meridien, New Delhi on August 25 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. For the very first time, the conference will be podcasted live to the travel trade fraternity across India and will be an interactive one with online participation as well. Non-registered users will be able to join the podcast through social media networks like Facebook and the podcast will be archived for the travel trade fraternity.
The Summit will be addressed by Mr. Ashwani Lohani, CMD, Air India; Mr. Vinod Duggal, Former Governor, Manipur & Mizoram; Mr. Vinod Zutshi, Former Tourism Secretary, Govt. of India and Mr. Subhash Goyal, Member, National Tourism Advisory Council, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India amongst others. Moreover, top leaders from various segments such as aviation, hotel, outbound, travel technology and trade association will also discuss the pertinent issues of the industry. The topics for discussion includes ‘India Tourism – Challenges & Opportunities‘, ‘Airlines, Cruises and Car Rentals‘, Changing dynamics of Indian outbound, emerging trends in ‘Travel Technology‘ and ‘Role and relevance of travel associations‘.
Speaking on this initiative, Mr. Yogesh Mudras, MD, UBM India, said, “With the travel industry booming and constantly changing, it is important for the industry to keep updated with the latest knowhow and best practises.
