Royal Brunei Airlines promote eco-tourism and airline services on London Taxis

Royal Brunei Airlines' ‘Dream a little green’ campaign will run on London Taxis for twelve months.

LONDON- Royal Brunei Airlines are launching a full livery taxi advertising campaign in the UK’s capital with London Taxi Advertising.

The ‘Dream a little green’ campaign will run for twelve months in London showcasing the rainforest design aimed to promote eco-tourism, the airline, and Brunei as a destination.

The campaign launch is timely with the influx of visitors expected in London for the 2012 Summer Olympics. The RBA currently flies daily to London and was keen to advertise in the Capital to raise awareness of the campaign in one of its key markets.

The RBA has described taxi advertising as a very cost effective tool. “Taxis are on the road for an average of 20 hours per day, which makes them a very cost effective tool to reach Londoners, regional commuters, and other visitors during Olympics 2012. The London Taxi is an icon of the city and is a perfect way to promote Brunei’s eco-tourism and the airline on its livery. We hope that it inspires those who see it to ‘Dream a Little Green’ with Royal Brunei Airlines” – RBA Deputy Chairman.

The campaign will run up to the anticipated delivery of the airlines’ first Boeing 787 Dreamliner in August 2013 which uses 20% less fuel than today’s similarly-sized airplanes.

Paul Tremarco, sales director at London Taxi Advertising is a champion of tourism clients utilising taxi media and understands how the unusual advertising space of a taxi can work well to showcase creative design, and ignite the public’s interest in new and exotic destinations.

“The team at London Taxi Advertising are very happy to have Royal Brunei Airlines on our taxis for twelve months. The colourful rainforest design will be sure to catch the eye of many visitors in London and will raise awareness and talk ability around Brunei as a tourist destination.”
