MSC Cruises launched a new microsite dedicated the MSC Yacht Club

MSC Cruises, the most modern fleet in the world, has launched a new microsite dedicated the MSC Yacht Club which is onboard its luxury flagships, MSC Splendida and MSC Fantasia. It enables passengers to embark on an interactive exploration which combines detailed information with a multimedia gallery, streaming videos and a 360 degree recreation of the VIP area in the virtual world of Web 2.0.

Built using Flash and ActionScript 3.0, visitors can effortlessly survey the interiors and follow streaming videos which recreate an onboard experience which will soon be available in six different languages. This localisation is facilitated by a cutting-edge content management system.

Giulio Libutti, managing director of MSC Cruises UK and Ireland says: “MSC Yacht Club was created to offer the best of both worlds; an elegant exclusive ship within a ship, perfect for that special occasion cruise or for those with privacy and ultimate luxury at the top of their wish list.

“The new microsite enables people to have privileged access to view the MSC Yacht Club which was only previously available to those guests who had booked into this VIP area.”

Once onboard, MSC Yacht Club’s private Concierge Reception is accessed via a beautiful sweeping Swarovski crystal staircase, MSC Yacht Club’s 99 sumptuous suites are served by a panoramic private lounge and a private luxury sun deck and pool complex. A 24-hour butler service completes the exceptional private club ambience, enhanced by direct lift entry to the acclaimed MSC Aurea SPA wellness, beauty and SPA centre, where guests can be pampered with blissful Balinese massages and a wide choice of traditional and ultramodern treatments.
