InsideAsia Tours launches a new brochure showcasing curated sustainable cultural adventures in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos

InsideAsia Tours highlights its commitment to sustainable travel through its work with local suppliers and vetted suppliers, as well as its carbon offsetting program that is aiding the development of a renewable energy project in rural Vietnam.

Broomfield, CO – With travel restrictions easing across the region, demand for travel to Southeast Asia is on the rise. To welcome the return of travellers to the region, InsideAsia Tours – a sister brand of the renowned InsideJapan Tours and part of the Inside Travel Group – announces the release of its first post-pandemic brochure focusing on Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam, the group’s second-biggest destination next to Japan. The new brochure offers a range of cultural adventures and experiences to enable travellers to discover incredible places and ‘get beneath the surface.’ The brochure contains four curated trips for each country and highlights favourite places and experiences as selected by the InsideAsia Tours team – all of whom have either lived or travelled extensively in the region. The digital-only brochure also highlights agent-friendly guidance such as ‘when to go’ and offers inspiration for different types of clients – outdoors, culture, adventure, foodies, families, and more.

“As restrictions in Asia ease, people are looking to travel beyond our hemisphere for something new. Asia offers something completely different in terms of culture, landscapes, people, food, and adventure,” said Trade Marketing Manager, John McMillen. “Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos are three countries that all offer something special. This brochure offers ideas and inspiration in the form of workable trips, experiences, and insight that we hope will aid our travel advisor partners as well as their clients.”

The brochure includes an array of cultural adventures and experiences, including cruising on Halong Bay’s quieter but equally beautiful Lan Ha Bay, train travel through Laos, tented camps deep in the jungles of Cambodia’s Cardamom National Park, meditation with monks in Luang Prabang, homestays in rural Cambodia and street-food and craft beer tours in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.

McMillen added, “The brochure features just a small selection of what we do, but as our existing trade partners know well, InsideAsia Tours’ specialists are always on hand to offer insight from years of experience, working together to tailor-make cultural adventures that ensure their travellers have a vacation that surpasses expectations.”

Vietnam is now completely open to travellers, with pre-departure Covid tests still required, while Cambodia is entirely open for travel without testing for vaccinated travellers. Laos is open, and this week dropped all restrictions and requirements for vaccinated travellers.

“We hope that this brochure helps highlight that right now, parts of Southeast Asia are open, and it is a great time to visit. This is the chance to see Angkor Wat as the sun rises, witness monks collecting alms in the streets of Luang Prabang, and sail Halong Bay – all without the crowds,” said McMillen. “Now is the time for people to start travelling to Asia again. It is back. We are back. This is the chance to make that next big trip count.”
