Hong Kong Airlines partners with Blue Elephant to expand inflight fine dining experience in Royal Thai Cuisine

The new Royal Thai Cuisine menu selection, being served on Hong Kong Airlines flights from Bangkok to Hong Kong from now until 31 August 2016, features a total of 16 dishes including appetizers, main courses and desserts in phases.

HONG KONG – Hong Kong Airlines, an internationally-acclaimed SKYTRAX 4-star airline, announced its partnership with Blue Elephant, the famed finedining Thai restaurant in Thailand, to present to Business Class passengers, flying Bangkok/Hong Kong sector, a taste of Royal Thai cuisine with an exclusive inflight menu featuring a selection of classic Thai dishes, as one of the highlights of the “Sweeten You Up” surprises.
 
The new Royal Thai Cuisine menu selection, being served on Hong Kong Airlines flights from Bangkok to Hong Kong from now until 31 August 2016, features a total of 16 dishes including appetizers, main courses and desserts in phases. Traditional Thai cooking techniques are used to make every dish in the menu; and the main dishes are highlighted with an assortment of the famous Blue Elephant curry pastes, taking passengers on a delightful culinary journey the Thai way in the sky.
