Hawaiian Hospitality Group increases sales by expanding services

Hawaiian Hospitality Group, Inc., a growing provider of sustainable land use solutions and event services, is pleased to report a significant increase in event sales for its eco-friendly Loulu Palm Estate destination property. To date, Hawaiian Hospitality Group has booked eighty-five events for 2011 and twelve for 2012. While maintaining a focus on high end weddings, the Company is achieving growth by broadening the range of services and types of events offered to include corporate events, VIP parties, class and family reunions, luaus, civil ceremonies and birthday celebrations. Hawaiian Hospitality Group expects to continue to increase bookings, sales, services and revenue this year.

Linda Kress, CEO of Hawaiian Hospitality Group, commented: “Event bookings and profit margins are increasing for Hawaiian Hospitality Group as we focus on both marketing and operational efficiency at Loulu Palm Estate, our premier venue for weddings and other special occasions on Oahu’s famed North Shore. We have chosen to expand our focus to include high margin events in addition to weddings. We expect to drive further sales increases this year as we expand into new types of events and pricing structures.”

Hawaiian Hospitality Group focuses on sustainable development and commercial operation of previously inaccessible parcels of coastal Hawaiian land, negotiating workable development agreements and conservation easements that include native habitat and ecosystem restoration along with unique, eco-friendly recreational opportunities. Loulu Palm Estate is the Company’s flagship development project. It serves as an excellent example of green building practices, respect for the land, environmentally conscious operations and harmony with Hawaii’s treasured natural resources.

Hawaiian Hospitality Group’s Loulu Palm Estate property began operations in 2009 as a destination wedding site and nature park with immediate cash flow from venue fees and event services. Strategically located just 30 minutes from downtown Honolulu, the property has become an increasingly popular venue for weddings and corporate events as well as a film and production location. The eco-friendly site is operated and maintained to maximize energy efficiency and minimize impact on the land and water.
