Caravelle Saigon unveils newly renovated guestrooms and ballroom

Following nine months of renovations, the new rooms in the Opera Wing on floors 8 to 12 now feature newly-upgraded decor and finishing’s that reflect the warm, comfortable feeling that Caravelle Saigon has become renowned.

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – Caravelle Saigon recently unveiled its newly renovated guestrooms and function spaces, including the Caravelle Ballroom, as part of its 60th birthday celebrations this year.

Following nine months of renovations, the new rooms in the Opera Wing on floors 8 to 12 now feature newly-upgraded decor and finishing’s that reflect the warm, comfortable feeling that Caravelle Saigon has become renowned.

The rooms offer unparalleled views across the heart of the city, including the historic Opera House on one side and glimpses of the meandering Saigon River on the other through large soundproof windows. Each room comes with a 49” Samsung flat screen TV, free wifi as well as walk-in vanities and bathrooms finished with imported marble.

The hotel’s 10 event spaces have also been fully-upgraded with brand new lighting and AV equipment supporting up to 4K and Ultra HD. The Caravelle Ballroom can cater up to a maximum of 400 and can be divided into two separate event spaces. 

The four smaller Opera Rooms overlooking the Opera House have also been freshly upgraded with large floor-to-ceiling windows in each room. In addition, separating the Caravelle Ballroom and the Opera Rooms is the newly-updated 180sqm Pre-Function Area.
