Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) – The Caravelle Hotel is launching an elite category for its Caravelle Heritage Club (CHC) members, designed to deliver preferred treatment and select benefits to the hotel’s most loyal guests throughout every aspect of their stay. Named the Signature Membership, the scheme is available since April 1 to all current CHC members holding a minimum of 10,000 points or 60 qualifying nights.The upgrade to Signature membership covers all benefits of CHC Basic membership such as F&B discounts and early check-in, late check-out, in addition to new offers such as complimentary birthday E-dining voucher for two at Reflections Restaurant, a complimentary one-room category upgrade, as well as 10% discount on hotel laundry and airport transfer as well as a bonus on earned points. Signature members will need to stay at the Caravelle a minimum of 30 nights per calendar year to maintain their membership category.
