Brisbane’s leading design hotel transformed into ‘Grey Goose Hotel by Ovolo’

Guests and their 40 to 80 closest friends will have full exclusive hotel access with an array of lavish treats, drinks and activities.

NEW YORK – Ovolo Hotels, the leading designer boutique hotel collection in Australia and Hong Kong, has teamed up with Grey Goose Vodka to launch the ‘Grey Goose Hotel by Ovolo’ takeover of The Inchcolm by Ovolo in Brisbane.

Guests and their 40 to 80 closest friends will have full exclusive hotel access with an array of lavish treats, drinks and activities. Guests can mingle privately at The Inchcolm Bar with a Grey Goose martini tower and a five-hour premium beverage package. The night continues with a three-course dinner by renowned chef Ian Curley or MasterChef Australia winner Diana Chan. “I look forward to creating a menu of approachable luxury that references the golden age of dining,” says Chef Diana Chan. “It will be rich and indulgent, much like this event, and perfectly paired with a Grey Goose martini, of course.”

After a Martini Masterclass with Grey Goose’s Australian brand ambassador, guests will learn how to shuck oysters and indulge in a decadant array of caviar from one of the finest producers of caviar, Simon Johnson. Varietals include Ars Italica, Black Pearl, Gourmet House, Oscietra, Baerii, Beluga and White Sturgeon.

“This event is a perfect marriage of luxury accommodations and an elevated drinking and dining experience,” says Andrea Gualdi, Beverage Creative Director for Ovolo Hotels. “Imagine sipping one of the most iconic classic cocktails in history within a very Gatsby-esque exclusive setting. Perfection!”
