Asia Pacific’s newest travel trade event targets the romance elite

Amour will bring together the most romantic destination and hotel suppliers throughout Asia Pacific with the best global buyers of romance travel.

Worldwide Events brings its renowned and hugely popular romance travel trade event Amour to Bangkok, Thailand from 14-17 February next year.

Amour Asia Pacific has been designed specifically for the elite romance travel market, including honeymoon curators, destination wedding planners and private travel designers who specialise in the ever expanding ‘baby-moons’ and ‘mini-moons’ trends.

Amour will bring together the most romantic destination and hotel suppliers throughout Asia Pacific with the best global buyers of romance travel. The three-day programme will be an exciting mix of one-to-one meetings, networking activities, gala dinners and after parties, allowing buyers and suppliers to network and build relationships that will enhance their own business offering.

Richard Barnes, CEO of Worldwide Events said: “We launched our inaugural Amour Forum in Venice earlier this year and it was a huge success, with more than 4,000 appointments taking place. The energy in the room was electric and it was clear that there was significant interest in expanding the Forum globally. I’m delighted to announce our expansion into the Asia Pacific region and excited to see how we can bring such a unique offering to a whole new market.”

Amour limits its supplier guest list to 100 of the most romantic hotels and destinations in Asia Pacific. The hosted buyer list is also capped at 100 of the world’s best travel designers, concierge & lifestyle management companies, destination wedding planners, honeymoon planners and romance travel specialists.

“We know that B2B events work better when there’s a smaller group, which is why we curate an exclusive guest list to create an intimate environment, with everyone staying in one property. It allows us to host fun, interactive events designed specifically to help build strong and lasting relationships with potential clients,” added Richard Barnes.
