In preparation for a potential outbreak of the avian flu, Airline Operations Group (AOG), which is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, has developed a Survival Strategy and Emergency Services Program (ESP) for Airlines, Hotels, and multinational Corporations.

In a pandemic, companies with an exit strategy may order the evacuation of its expatriate staff, while local employees will be confined to their homes. Hotels will be emptied of tourists afraid of or restricted from traveling. AOG’s ESP will enable hotels to operate at normal capacity.

AOG’s Survival Strategy will enable airlines and multi-national companies to:

  • Plan for the safety and security of its employees
  • Maintain its operations during an outbreak
  • Re-establish its operations quickly in the aftermath

AOG’s Survival Strategy and ESP is a partnership between AOG, the Hotels, Airlines, and commercial houses or companies for the housing of their expatriate and key executives at AOG Partner Hotels, in order to ensure their safety, security, and the continuation of business.

AOG Partner Hotels offer a safe haven and secure working environment for a company’s key executives while providing daily room and house-keeping services, the availability of food, the ability to continue operations, ease of communications and evacuations if necessary.

AOG’s 24-Hour Global Call Center will continue to operate and assist AOG Partner Airlines, Hotels, and international companies participating in this program.

AOG is a purveyor and consolidator of hotel accommodation and transportation services for airlines, hotels, and transportation companies seeking a transparent, efficient, and effective way of procuring these services for the airlines’ crew, delayed or misconnecting passengers, staff travel, and holiday program use worldwide.

Since 1995, AOG has established a global network of strategic alliances with a number of international airlines and over 15,000 independent and branded Hotels and Transportation companies in 748 cities and 120 countries worldwide. AOG’s ability to reduce the per-unit cost for the procurement of such goods and services is to due to volumetric and logistical considerations.
