Accelya strenghtens Asia Pacific team

This appointment forms part of Accelya’s journey of continuous improvement and promotion of the transformation of the air transport industry for the better – with a focus on talent as the most important asset to achieve that.

MADRID, SPAIN – Accelya, a provider of technology solutions to the travel industry, has announced the appointment of Abdullah (‘Apo’) Ozkececi as SVP Commercial & Regional Head for Asia Pacific.

Apo will be based in Singapore and will lead the commercial and contractual relationship between Accelya and airline customers in Asia Pacific, from India to New Zealand & Japan.

He joins Accelya from Amadeus where over the last 10 years he has held a variety of roles such as Commercial Director, Regional Head of Sales, and most recently as Global Head of Commercial Operations & Strategy for online travel sellers.

The objective of Apo’s role is to focus on strengthening Accelya’s relationships with customers and building new partnerships in the areas of both passenger and cargo solutions.
