Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) announced the elevation of Mr Subbiah Murali Kumar as the Rooms Division Manager for the property.
At the heart of the intricate web of hospitality that is a multi-faceted tapestry of services, experiences & customer satisfaction lies the Rooms Division Manager, a key figure responsible for orchestrating seamless experiences for it’s customers. Passionate, responsible, hardworking & driven with a keen sense of guest understanding, in his present role, Mr. Murali will be overseeing the daily operations of the rooms division. His primary responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standards of guest comfort, overseeing housekeeping, maintaining services, and leading a dedicated team of professionals. He will also focus on optimizing room occupancy rates, implementing efficient cost management strategies, and continually innovating to meet the evolving landscape of travellers, enhancing the offering of the property as ideal for business & leisure guests alike.
With a remarkable career of over two decades in the hospitality industry, Mr.Murali brings a wealth of experience and expertise. He has been known for maintaining operational excellence while delivering personalized guest experiences & is adored by his team of people who remain utmost confident in his vision & style of leadership.
