Stephen Chung joins Hahnair as the new Regional Vice President of APAC, bringing over two decades of experience to enhance airline partnerships.
Hahnair announced that Mr. Stephen Chung was appointed Regional Vice President of APAC. In his new position, Stephen will support the partner airlines using Hahnair’s distribution solutions throughout all stages of the partnership. This includes guidance throughout the implementation and set-up phase, technical support and strategic consulting, as well as optimization of sales results in indirect distribution channels in close cooperation with the partner.
In addition, Stephen will advise existing and potential partner airlines on interline opportunities within Hahnair’s extensive network of more than 350 partner airlines and support the acquisition of new partner airlines. Based in Hong Kong, he will work closely with Mr. Angus Chang, Account Manager for Hahnair’s Airline Business for APAC.
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s in Tourism Management from The University of Strathclyde in Scotland. Before joining Hahnair, Stephen accumulated over two decades of experience in the commercial field with positions at various international airlines, including Qatar, Finnair and Royal Jordanian. Most recently, he held the position of Commercial Manager at the Cathay Pacific Group, where he oversaw a team within the commercial division and managed the sales and marketing operations of three of Cathay’s subsidiaries.

Vicky is the co-founder of TravelDailyNews Media Network where she is the Editor-in Chief. She is also responsible for the daily operation and the financial policy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration from the Technical University of Athens and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. She has many years of both academic and industrial experience within the travel industry. She has written/edited numerous articles in various tourism magazines.
