Holding a prestigious post-graduate degree in hospitality from Ealing & Hammersmith College, London, James has honed his skills at renowned hotels including Courtyard by Marriott, The Westin, The Tower Hotel, and Le Meridien. His diverse background equips him with a good understanding of the industry’s operations and challenges.
As Operations Manager, James will spearhead efforts in revenue management, cost control, and market share expansion, leveraging his profound insights to drive the hotel’s success.
