Magnatech and Kudos team up to simplify corporate uptake of unused credits

This integration between Magnatech and Kudos Travel Technology is set to revolutionise the way corporate clients manage their travel requirements on a global scale.

MONTREAL, CANADA and BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – Magnatech Travel Management Solutions and Kudos Travel Technology announce their partnership, integrating Magnatech’s ONTRACKplus unused ticket management services into the Kudos Travel Platform. This seamless integration provides an interactive and graphical dashboard for Travel Agents, their corporate clients and travellers to view any available unused credits. Kudos can also facilitate credit uptake when booking flights, all in the one intuitive interface.

As most airlines have yet to return to pre-pandemic schedules, the use-by dates of these credits have been repeatedly extended, making the job of TMCs even more complex.

To address this challenge, Magnatech’s ONTRACKplus available through Kudos’ Credits Premium module allows for bulk credit expiry updates, eliminating the need for manual expiry updating by TMCs. This ensures that the latest information on unused credits is always available to travellers and corporates, freeing up valuable time for TMCs to focus on more pressing tasks.
