Quest Serviced Apartments has been announced as the winner of three awards at the 12th annual Victorian Hotel Motel and Accommodation Association (HMAA) Accommodation Industry Award for Excellence.
Revealed at a gala dinner on Friday 30 October, the successful serviced apartment business beat numerous competitors across three categories to claim the top spot for Outstanding Contribution to Back of House (Erin Hibbard, Executive Assistant, Quest Docklands); Outstanding Contribution to Front of House (Sarah Mackenzie, Receptionist, Quest Frankston), and; Outstanding Contribution to Sales & Marketing (Karen Watson, Sales and Marketing Executive, Quest Narre Warren and Frankston).
Quest Royal Gardens, the first Quest property in Australia (opened in1988) was also a finalist for the Serviced Accommodation category.
Paul Constantinou, Quest Chairman, was thrilled by the result. “We are extremely proud of three wins. This award recognises the entire Quest network – the dedication of our franchisees, our employees and our administrators – to provide our guests with outstanding experiences, time and time again.”
Quest Serviced Apartments strives to offer all guests, the majority of whom are business travellers, a ‘home away from home’. The properties recognised by judges of the prestigious award program excelled in recognising the needs of Quest’s audience and delivering outstanding service.

Quest also had three finalists at the National Accommodation Industry Awards for Excellence held on Friday 23 October in Sydney. Finalists were Quest Spring Hill, Quest Castle Hill and Quest North Ryde, all in the Self Catering 4.5 Star category.
The Victorian HMAA Accommodation Industry Awards for Excellence were produced with the support of Host Plus, AAA Tourism, American Express, Westpac Business, MBF Health and OAMPS to acknowledge Australia’s finest properties and exceptional staff.
