Korean Air partners with Korean National Esports Team for Hangzhou Asian Games

Korean Air collaborates with the Korean National Esports Team for the 19th Asian Games, launching marketing activities and promotions.

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Korean Air has become an official partner of the Korean National Esports Team for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou, which will commence in September.

Esports will make its debut at the Asian Games, and Korean Air will promote the airline’s brand to esports fans around the world on this special occasion.

Korean Air will engage in various marketing activities around the games. The airline’s logo will be displayed on the official uniforms of the national esports team, and the airline will also launch social media campaigns to offer esports fans in Korea a chance to win tickets to the Games.

Serving the world for more than 50 years, Korean Air is one of the world’s top 20 airlines, carrying more than 27 million passengers in 2019, pre-COVID. Korean Air is a founding member of the SkyTeam airline alliance, and has grown into one of the largest transpacific airlines through its joint venture with Delta Air Lines.
