Emelyn Rosales, along with a team of 25 dedicated team members from Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre, visited Hope JB, an animal shelter dedicated to the welfare of abandoned animals. Their activities included showering the furry pals, cleaning cages, and ensuring a comfortable environment for these beloved beings. The team also spent quality time with the animals, offering them love and support. Further aiding the shelter’s noble cause, the team also donated 50 kilograms of pet food and 80 kilograms of sand for pet litter boxes.
Reflecting on her touching experience, Emelyn Rosales shared, “I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to shower love on these animals. It’s my first charity event in this city since I arrived in Johor Bahru, and it has been a profoundly moving experience We often forget other living beings when we engage in acts of charity, and I hope that these actions can be a reminder to others that our compassion should extend to all creatures.”
