Explore NH Zhengzhou Jinshui, the first NH branded hotel in China, offering modern comfort and Mediterranean-inspired design in Zhengzhou’s cultural and business district. Discover its stylish rooms, dining options, meeting facilities, and more. Minor Hotels’ expansion into the Chinese market signifies a milestone in NH Hotels’ growth in Asia.

Minor Hotels and China’s Funyard Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of NH Zhengzhou Jinshui, a contemporary 140-key hotel located in the city’s Jinshui District, known for its cultural sites, historical attractions and world-class convention centres.

The opening marks the first entry into the Chinese market for NH Hotels, marking a milestone in the brand’s expansion into Asia following its acquisition by Minor Hotels in 2018.

Visitors to the city of Zhengzhou, capital of central China’s Henan province, can now stay in one of the hotel’s stylish rooms and suites featuring subtle references to the NH brand’s Mediterranean roots, as well as enjoying a range of facilities and services that cater to the needs and desires of modern travellers, including an all-day dining restaurant, a lobby bar, a meeting area, a fitness centre, a self-service laundry room and ample parking spaces.

Nearby, travellers will find Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Zhongyuan International Expo Centre and the CBD (Central Business District) area, making the hotel an ideal choice for both business and leisure guests.

On arrival, guests can admire art pieces on display behind the reception desk, before checking into their spacious room or suite, where comfortable beds, smart toilets and intelligent guest control systems ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Travellers staying in one of the entertainment rooms can catch up on their favourite shows and enjoy a cinema-like movie-watching experience from their bed.

Dining options at NH Zhengzhou Jinshui include the all-day dining restaurant located on the top floor and offering panoramic views of the city. On the menu are Zhengzhou specialties, such as spicy soup and braised noodles; popular Cantonese, Hangzhou and Hunan delicacies; and a wide range of Western flavours. Meanwhile, the lobby bar is a perfect place to unwind with a drink or a snack, while enjoying the city views.

The hotel also offers meeting space for up to 200 people, equipped with a large LED screen and surround sound system, suitable for various events such as meetings, trainings, banquets and weddings. Adjacent to the 24-hour fitness centre is a self-service laundry area with ironing facilities, allowing guests to monitor their laundry progress while working out.

“We are pleased to open our first NH Hotel in China and establish the property as the brand’s launchpad in the Chinese market. With such a high-profile brand throughout Europe, we are confident that NH Hotels’ urban and fresh service offering will be very well received by Chinese travellers.”
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International and CEO of Minor Hotels
