PERTH, AUSTRALIA – Courtyard by Marriott®, part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio of over 30 hotel brands, announced the opening of Courtyard by Marriott Perth, Murdoch, marking the brand’s entry in Western Australia. Developed in partnership with leading Western Australian property developer Hesperia, the hotel is located in Murdoch, Perth’s fastest-growing urban catchment and features an all-day contemporary dining venue, Substance Restaurant & Bar, as well as flexible spaces for meetings and a 24-hour fitness centre.
Located approximately 10 minutes from Perth’s Central Business District and 25 minutes from Perth International Airport, the hotel will attract a broad range of business and leisure travellers as well as those visiting the nearby Fiona Stanley and St John of God, Murdoch hospitals and Murdoch University.

The hotel’s artisanal cafe and Asian bistro, Substance Restaurant and Bar, will offer guests a variety of options across breakfast, lunch and dinner. Led by Head Chef Mochsin Fam with a health-centric focus, the restaurant features biophilic design principles and seats up to 76 diners. The Asian-inspired menu will feature a selection of seasonal, local dishes along with classic cocktails and a range of beverages. In addition, Substance will offer an elevated grab-and-go section catering to the mixed-use commercial and residential clientele located in the precinct.
