Virtuoso advisors ‘deep dive’ into luxury sales

The Virtuoso Deep Dive sessions feature a full day program focused on understanding the client and their needs.

SYNDEY – Over 110, Virtuoso accredited luxury travel advisors are this week spending time learning how to nurture and grow their high end client base with Virtuoso’s Director of Professional Development, Helen Nodland.

“This is the first time these workshops have been offered in Australia, with content specially tailored to the local market following input from our local Virtuoso members, making it an invaluable opportunity for advisors,” Virtuoso Asia Pacific Managing Director, Michael Londregan said.

“These training sessions are offered regularly to our members in the US, so we are pleased to be able to expand the offering to our Australian members and support them striving to achieve excellence in service.”

“We have had an outstanding uptake of these workshops and we truly believe that in order to be the best, it’s vital to keep investing time into that pursuit.”

The Virtuoso Deep Dive sessions feature a full day program focused on understanding the client and their needs.

“Education in our industry is most often focused on sales skills and product knowledge, but Virtuoso believes advisors must ‘Dive Deeper’ to recognise and understand why clients act and think in certain ways, building stronger service relationships and a more rewarding professional engagement.”

The Virtuoso Deep Dive sessions are being held in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne over 5 one-day sessions.  They will be facilitated by Helen Nodland, Virtuoso’s Director Professional Development who has conducted dozens of sessions in the United States over the past 5 years.
