Fable terrace downs signs on with MGallery

Canterbury’s five-star Fable Terrace Downs Resort has been announced as the newest addition to the MGallery suite of luxury properties in New Zealand.

Following a rebrand to Fable Terrace Downs Resort in early March, the iconic property joins the prestigious MGallery Hotel Collection and will now be officially known as ‘Fable Terrace Downs by MGallery’.

Fable Hotels & Resorts Operations Manager, Ronnie Ronalde, says the joint venture with MGallery will further elevate the guest experience.

“We are thrilled to be joining the MGallery Hotel Collection and are especially pleased to be offering guests a range of unparalleled rewards through the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program,” says Mr Ronalde.

Accor Pacific CEO Sarah Derry said: “We are delighted to be adding Fable Terrace Downs MGallery to our growing portfolio; it brings new opportunities for our people, loyalty members and guests.

“Expanding our luxury footprint with this incredible Resort will bring even more choice for our customers, and Fable Terrace Downs is a welcome addition to our other luxury MGallery properties.  Tourism is critical to the economic growth of New Zealand and future job creation.”

Located only an hour’s drive from Christchurch and nestled in the shadow of the picturesque Mount Hutt and the Southern Alps, the luxury resort features a prestigious 18-hole golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, conference and event facilities, a hub of activities available for guests,  and luxury one, two or three-bedroom Villas.

The property is set to undergo a full refurbishment, commencing soon.
