The Macau Leisure and Travel Service Innovation Association and Macau Pass unveil the “Infinite Fun in Macau” Travel Card at the Singapore NATAS Travel Fair, enhancing the tourist experience in Macau.
SINGAPORE – Macau Leisure and Travel Service Innovation Association and Macau Pass introduced the “Infinite Fun in Macau” Travel Card at the NATAS Travel Fair on August 11. The product aims to enrich the travel experience of international visitors to Macau.
Distinguished guests, including representatives from the Macao Government Tourism Office, China Tourism Office in Singapore, Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, and major executives from travel agencies in both Macao and Singapore, graced the event.
Mr. Paul Wong, President of Macau Leisure Travel Services Innovation Association, remarked on the launch’s alignment with the Macao SAR Government’s vision. By introducing the Limited Edition Macau Pass Card, they aim to provide tourists with enhanced services, leverage Macao’s unique offerings, and bolster “Tourism+” cooperation strategies. This collaboration seeks to expand both regional and international tourism while creating more business avenues.
Ms. Yeni Li, President of Customer Service Division at Macau Pass Group Holdings Limited, emphasized the Card’s value proposition. The electronic card streamlines tourist expenditures, from shopping and dining to transportation. Further enhancing its utility, it offers vital tourism information. Through a partnership with mPay, Macau’s prominent e-wallet linked with Alipay+, the Card facilitates transactions with 15 digital payment tools across the Asia-Pacific region. Ms. Li reiterated Macau Pass’s commitment to refining the payment experiences for tourists, especially noting Singapore’s significance as an international market for Macao.
