Vietjet to add extra daily round trip to Singapore – Ho Chi Minh City route

With two round trips per day, the new route will have a capacity of 5,040 seats per week, offering Vietjet passengers even more choice when planning their travel.

SINGAPORE – Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has announced plans to increase the frequency of its international route from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City from 30 May, 2015 in order to meet growing demand for low-cost air travel between the two destinations.
 
With two round trips per day, the new route will have a capacity of 5,040 seats per week, offering Vietjet passengers even more choice when planning their travel.
 
The expanded schedule will see daily flights depart Singapore Changi International Airport at 1.50pm and 6.00pm (local time) and Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City at 8.55am and 2.00pm (local time). The flight duration is two hours and 5 minutes.
 
Boasting a new and modern fleet, Vietjet features fast and easy check in, high quality onboard services and delicious meals. Vietjet currently operate 150 flights per day with a fleet of 21 A320 Airbus aircraft on 28 routes domestically and internationally. In accordance with the airline’s expansion plans, Vietjet will welcome more new Airbus jets to its fleet this September.
