DELHI – TUI India, the Indian arm of one of the world’s leading international leisure travel group, TUI Travel PLC, launch their loyalty program ‘The TUI Club’ on 10th October 2014 in Ahmedabad. A one of its kind program, this is an initiative to foster and strengthen the relationship with trade partners while acknowledging their contribution to the growth of TUI India’s business. The TUI Club launch coincided with the launch of TUI India’s state-of-the-art Holiday Shop in Ambawadi, Ahmedabad.
As members of ‘The TUI Club’, trade partners can enhance their business through competitively priced and unique TUI India products available only to them. It also ensures a high level of service from TUI India through access to 24*7 dedicated support service along with training and educational programmes.
On the occasion of the launch, Mr. Vishal Sinha, COO, TUI India said, “We are very happy to launch The TUI Club on the same day as our TUI India store in Ahmedabad. We have always considered our trade partners to be a core part of our business. With The TUI Club, we want to thank them for their relentless support and provide them with a support system that will ensure higher business conversions.”
Based on their performance, the members also stand a chance to benefit from an attractive rewards and recognition programme. The TUI Club comprises of three categories: Bronze, Silver and Gold which is reviewed on a quarterly basis, with members being upgraded to a higher category if they meet three out of their four quarterly targets.
At the end of the year, the top 15 TUI Club members stand to win an all-expense paid trip to Europe & Dubai based on the category. In addition to this every club member is eligible for cash discounts based on their contribution to GIT & FIT bookings. This program also provides provision for agents to earn additional commission up to 1.5% on the total volume of business generated.
While 60 members have already registered, the TUI Club is looking to enrol over 300 agents by December. After its initial launch in Ahmedabad, the TUI Club will be launched in Mumbai, Bangalore and Chennai as well in the month of November.
