With the majority of hotels based in India, this collaboration comes as a strategic win and a great success for TrustYou and its constant global expansion goals, especially in the APAC area. Taj Hotels is known for its unique collection of iconic hotels, authentic palaces, beach resorts and wildlife safaris lodges across India, North America, United Kingdom, Africa, Middle East, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan and Nepal.

The chain displays TrustYou’s reviews on their websites to provide travelers with trustworthy content which directly increases direct bookings. Additionally, the brand uses the guest survey solution to collect valuable post-stay feedback from guests. Also, the Analytics feature helps Taj Hotels to thoroughly analyze and monitor incoming reviews from review and social channels across the web alongside their own survey channel.
