TripAdvisor names Thai Smile Airways as the best regional airline in Asia Pacific – Travellers’ Choice Airlines

According to TripAdvisor traveller reviews, the airline is lauded for its "super clean cabin", "friendly and attentive crew" and overall, a "great value for money" carrier to fly with, with an overall 4.5 out of 5 bubble rating score.

BANGKOK, Thailand – TripAdvisor, the travel planning and booking site, announced the winners of its first annual Travellers’ Choice awards for airlines, recognising THAI Smile Airwaysas travellers’ favourite regional carrier in Asia Pacific. THAI Smile Airways is also the best airline in Thailand.

The awards honour 50 airlines overall, including top lists for the World, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa; as well as 16 regional winners. Award winners were determined using an algorithm that took into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings submitted by travellers worldwide, over a 12-month period. The hallmarks of Travellers’ Choice award winners are outstanding service, quality and value.

According to TripAdvisor traveller reviews, the airline is lauded for its “super clean cabin”, “friendly and attentive crew” and overall, a “great value for money” carrier to fly with, with an overall 4.5 out of 5 bubble rating score.
