Trip Affiliates Network powers Mayflower Holidays with dynamic content management technology

Established in 1960, MFH is the leading travel service specialist in Malaysia, catering to both individuals and corporate clients.

Mayflower Holidays announced the expansion of its collaboration with Trip Affiliates Network for its online hotel direct booking services for agents, wholesalers and corporates within the TA network ecosystem. Trip Affiliates will also be providing a dynamic content management system for its retail customers.

TA Network – a high performance distribution and turnkey solutions and connectivities provider – brings together Asia Pacific’s leading travel wholesalers, operators and destination management companies onto a single open travel ecosystem.

Established in 1960, MFH is the leading travel service specialist in Malaysia, catering to both individuals and corporate clients. With a global network of over 57 client nations, Mayflower’s travel infrastructure is evolving to become one of the most comprehensive and technologically driven in the travel industry. MFH will also be expanding its wholesale business with online travel channels connected via TA Network.

TA Network will be providing its dynamic and advanced content management system to enhance customer online engagement with easily customisable promotion pages, fully integrated via TA Network multi-product booking engines. MFH will also be expanding its wholesale business with online travel channels connected via the TA Network.

The TA Network platform is designed to leverage on technology solutions adopted by hotels to facilitate their direct connectivity, automate their inventory management processes with their traditional offline contractors, which would otherwise require both parties to manually update their booking inventory & retrieve booking confirmations. This also eliminates overbooking/ under-booking issues associated with room allotments as well as potential human errors in manually maintaining hotel contracts.

In addition TA Network’s digital payment solutions (BorderXP) empower clients with virtual card or local fund transfer services to process payments dynamically with their business partners and minimize payment fees, particular cross border & FX fees.

TA Network’s Managing Partner Ho Siang Twang adds, “In a post-COVID new normal, our hotel and agent clients are increasingly looking for more dynamic tools to broaden and deepen direct online booking business partnerships, and yet with greater administrative ease using process automation solutions and seamless online payment services. We are excited that MFH has chosen to adopt TA Network Hotel B2B Direct Booking services, and we look forward to working closely
with MFH to broaden and deepen their direct booking partnerships with their preferred hotels and enhance their product offering to their agents and corporates
”.

Head of Business, Mayflower Holidays, Jean Tung said,” We are pleased to expand our partnership with TA Network which will enable MFH to increase direct booking of dynamic rates with our hotel partners, as well as give us easy and quick access to hotels who have engaged TA Network for their B2B direct booking services and completed their relevant system mapping with TA Network. Through this collaboration, we will also be able to work closer with our hotels for tactical promotion rates and offer value-added products to our partners and customers, inclusive.”
