The $20million stand-alone events space offers an exclusive arrival experience, and is the city’s newest exciting venue for weddings, meetings and events.
SINGAPORE – The Ballrooms at Parkroyal on Beach Road, Singapore’s newest stand-alone meetings and events facility, launches today, marking the completion of an SGD20 million investment in the property. The new development is located in a dedicated building with direct street access, and connected to the 343-room Parkroyal on Beach Road via a skywalk.
The Ballrooms have been designed as the perfect backdrop to a full range of events – weddings, gala dinners, exhibitions, meetings, events and conferences. Set over 576 square metres, it can accommodate events of up to 860 guests and has been developed to provide clients with maximum versatility.

The Ballroom boasts its own separate entrance off Nicoll Highway. Its driveway and drop-off point leading to an elegant open courtyard, The Ballrooms at PARKROYAL on Beach Road offers guests an exclusive and elevated sense of arrival.
Advanced audio-visual and IT capabilities, knowledgeable expertise
Guests will also benefit from advanced AV and IT capabilities with Full HD audio video conferencing system, seamlessly embedded into The Ballrooms’ elegant design. The Boardroom is equipped with an 84” Multi Media Interactive smart touch screen monitor. The device gives delegates access to online interactive media, Internet TV and on-demand streaming media including news, weather, stock market, YouTube videos, and movies. It also functions as a platform for business presentations. These offerings will be complemented by PARKROYAL’s personalised, warm and friendly style of service; a dedicated Events Concierge and events and AV teams providing knowledge and expertise – from the organising and planning stage to the actual event – will make for a seamless, successful and enjoyable event experience. Furthermore guests will be able to experience authentic Sichuan cuisine, from PARKROYAL on Beach Road’s acclaimed Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurant, at events and break-outs from meetings.
