Sim Kok Chuan appointed Executive Assistant Manager of Carlton Hotel Singapore

Sim Kok Chun is a seasoned hotelier who brings on board more than 25 years of hospitality experience.

SINGAPORE – Sim Kok Chuan has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager of Carlton Hotel Singapore.
 
In his new capacity, Sim will be responsible for the hotel’s daily operations and overall performance of the Food & Beverage sector, namely Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant, Café Mosaic, Gravity Bar, and Tuxedo Café and Patisserie.
 
Sim is a seasoned hotelier who brings on board more than 25 years of hospitality experience. A graduate from SHATEC in Hotel Management – Food & Beverage, he has held several postings at hotels in Singapore and China in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing, where he started his career and rose through the ranks in the areas of Food & Beverage.
 
Prior to his current employment, Sim was the Resident Manager at InterContinental Nanjing where he undertook responsibilities in the hotel’s daily operations and Food & Beverage operations. “I am delighted to be back in Singapore and to be given this opportunity to join Carlton Hotel Singapore” said Sim. “I look forward to working together with the experienced and dedicated team here at the hotel.”
 
During his free time, Sim enjoys keeping fit and healthy by running or having a game of basketball.
