JAKARTA – The second Sukhoi Superjet 100 was delivered to Indonesian air carrier Sky Aviation on completion of technical acceptance procedure. The aircraft took off from Zhukovsky Delivery Centre (Russia) heading to Indonesia to its base airport.

The first SSJ100 aircraft was delivered late 2012 and it has already operated more than 500 hours at domestic routes.

The airline is planning to extend route network for Sukhoi Superjet 100: the aircraft will be operated on routes connecting numerous Indonesian archipelago islands: Pontianak (Kalimatan Island), Palembang (Sumatra Island) and Natuna Ranai (Batam Island).
