SINGAPORE – Global security and evacuation services firm SafePro Group has partnered with Transamerica Life (Bermuda) Ltd. (Transamerica Life Bermuda) — a leading international High Net Worth insurance provider — to provide security evacuation services as part of the latter’s exclusive TLB Eminence programme. The collaboration was officially launched in Singapore and Hong Kong on 16 and 22 August 2018 respectively.
The first-ever value-added customer experience offering to be introduced by an insurance company, TLB Eminence is a complimentary membership available for eligible customers of Transamerica Life Bermuda that offers them access to luxury concierge and security services. As part of TLB Eminence, SafePro Group — which protects High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) travellers — provides 24/7 global emergency assistance, security, and evacuation services by tapping on its worldwide network of field offices and local assets.
