Resorts World Manila (RWM), Genting Hong Kong’s joint-venture integrated resort in the Philippines, announced that its all-suite deluxe hotel Maxims Tower has clinched five awards at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA) in Singapore on 17 Nov. Established in 2002, the awards recognizes excellence in the hospitality industry at all levels with competitive contenders from around the region.
RWM’s Maxims Tower was recognized by HAPA this year as the overall “Best in Asia for Service Excellence”, “Best in the Philippines for Service Excellence”, “Best 5 in Asia for Signature Serviced Residences” and “Best 10 in Asia for Concierge”. Hospitality enterprises and talents from countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines vied for the top accolades at the prestige HAPA this year.
RWM is the first integrated resort in the Philippines. In the short span of time since its soft-launch in 2009, RWM has collected numerous awards in the fields of hospitality, entertainment, advertising, and F&B. RWM pledges to continue delivering quality service and raising the bar of the hospitality industry in the region.
