qualia named Australia’s Best Resort for seventh consecutive year

qualia has been awarded the Best Resort accolade every year since opening. The full spectrum of achievements at the awards included:

qualia’s Executive Head Chef, Alastair Waddell was named Best Hotel Chef, continuing to position qualia and Hamilton Island as one of Australia’s premier food and wine destinations. The resort’s breath-taking Long Pavilion restaurant, providing the ideal stage for Waddell to showcase his gourmet prowess, also took highly commended in this year’s Best Hotel Restaurant category alongside qualia’s highly commended in the Best Australasian Hotel of the Year category.
