Pierre Gagnaire’s restaurant at ANA InterContinental Tokyo awarded two Michelin stars for the fifth consecutive year

Located on the 36th floor of the luxurious ANA InterContinental Tokyo, guests will be treated to a sensorial experience with stunning views of the bustling metropolis surrounding the iconic Tokyo Tower as they enjoy the finest French cuisine made from only the freshest and best seasonal produce.

SINGAPORE – Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo at ANA InterContinental Tokyo, has once again received and retained its esteemed two Michelin-star rating in the latest Michelin Guide Tokyo for the fifth consecutive year.
 
Restaurants recognised in the coveted Michelin Guide are graded against quality of ingredients, technique and flavour, originality, cost performance and consistency, which are all adhered to at the contemporary French fine dining restaurant, Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo.
 
Markus Platzer, Area General Manager Greater Tokyo and General Manager, ANA InterContinental Tokyo said, “We are honored to be awarded with two Michelin stars for five consecutive years. Since we embarked on this partnership back in 2010, Pierre Gagnaire Tokyo has helped set ANA InterContinental Tokyo as a destination for exceptional dining.
