Libra OnDemand powers loyalty website for Premier Hotels

Ukraine’s leading hotel company, Premier International Ltd., has launched several significant upgrades to its fully customized loyalty program powered by Libra OnDemand and its suite of easy-to-use Web-based applications. Premier International’s Premier Club program has expanded this month to include the company’s midscale brand, Accord Hotels, along with its flagship luxury brand, Premier Hotels. Additionally, Premier Club members can now access their account information online through Libra OnDemand’s consumer-facing Customer Portal.

Earlier this year, Kiev-based Premier International used Libra OnDemand’s customizable back-end loyalty management system to incorporate options for earning and spending bonuses within Premier Club. Leveraging the Force.com platform, Libra OnDemand is infinitely scalable and integrates seamlessly with the hotel industry’s top property management systems, giving emerging companies like Premier International an affordable customer relationship management solution that can evolve and grow as the company does.

Its Accord brand is a perfect example of that evolution. In an effort to more widely popularize its nascent three-property chain, Premier International turned to Libra OnDemand to incorporate Accord into the Premier Club technical framework.

Reflective of Libra OnDemand’s position as the hotel industry’s most comprehensive Cloud-based CRM system, Premier Club members can now entirely manage their loyalty accounts online, letting them update their preferences and check their accrued bonuses at any time and from anywhere. The Libra OnDemand Customer Portal offers stay-aware content and self-service options for in-house guests and frequent customers, enabling them to redeem award points, purchase gift certificates and request room upgrades. On the back end, hoteliers can view valuable guest information like stay preferences, service requests and survey results, triggering pre-defined task assignments and workflow rules.
