ITB Asia 2013 opens call for audience & papers

This first time initiative by ITB Asia seeks to understand the needs of today’s travel industry professionals, allowing ‘audience’ or industry stakeholders to recommend both the topics and speakers they would like to hear from during the upcoming conference sessions at ITB Asia 2013.

SINGAPORE – Messe Berlin (Singapore), organiser of ITB Asia, ‘The Trade Show for the Asian Travel Market’, has announced a Call for Audience & Papers. This first time initiative by ITB Asia seeks to understand the needs of today’s travel industry professionals, allowing ‘audience’ or industry stakeholders to recommend both the topics and speakers they would like to hear from during the upcoming conference sessions at ITB Asia 2013.

Those keen to submit their suggested topics or speakers may complete the online form from now till 30 June.

Following this industry-driven approach, ITB Asia will use the information gathered from this survey to help shape the topics and speakers featured at this year’s event.

This innovative tool is set to complement ITB Asia’s existing efforts to constantly “listen” to partners in order to deliver innovative solutions and best practices of the travel industry and related sectors. ITB Asia aims to lead the industry and provide the most relevant content for all participants. Collating topics of interest from industry professionals around the world is vital to providing an insightful and practical conference programme at the upcoming ITB Asia.

The sixth edition of ITB Asia is set to be even bigger and better than previous editions as plans are underway to expand the show even further. It returns to the newly refurbished Suntec Singapore Convention Centre from 23 to 25 October 2013.
