Inflight Feed is scheduled to launch in December 2011

Inflight Feed, a pioneering web-based instrument dedicated to the evaluation of buy-on-board airline catering products, is scheduled to launch in December 2011.

The Inflight Feed team will start assessing buy-on-board programs on a “mystery flier” basis in January 2012. Initial focus will be placed on European carriers. Evaluation reviews will be posted on inflightfeed.com, providing passengers with the opportunity to rate their own buy-on-board experiences.

Evaluations contributed will be assessing: quality, product freshness, presentation, value-for-money, environmentally aware, and service delivery.

Inflight Feed is dedicated to present popular and adequate buy-on-board catering options available, along with highlighting inflight food and drink trends.

Nikos, Inflight Feed Founder, on a recent interview stated that: “ Buy-on-board programs are favorable among an increasing number of airlines. Buy-on-board menus vary, often providing basic and sometimes inadequate meal options. Others offer a wider range of meals and snacks”.
