hotels.com launches FIVESTAR, a new exclusive status program

hotels.com announced the launch of its exclusive FIVESTAR status program, designed to provide hotels.com loyal customers with the best level of service and special benefits. “FIVESTAR status provides its members the pinnacle of customer service when booking accommodations through hotels.com,” said Vikram Malhi, director of customer experience for hotels.com. “A majority of our FIVESTAR customers frequently book or travel for business and our FIVESTAR agents are specially trained to meet the business customers’ needs. This program raises the bar on customer service and will take the hassle out of booking and managing hotel reservations for our most loyal customers.”
