Frost & Sullivan commends SITA for its role in transforming air travel through technology and service excellence

Frost & Sullivan noted that in Asia-Pacific, SITA serves 70 per cent of the top 20 airports in terms of passenger traffic.

SINGAPORE – Frost & Sullivan has honored SITA with the 2016 Asia-Pacific Airport IT Solutions Company of the Year award for its role in continuing to transform air travel through technology and service excellence.
 
SITA also stands out among its peers in its ability to deliver world-class technology solutions to the airport sector across Asia-Pacific. Frost & Sullivan noted that in Asia-Pacific, SITA serves 70 per cent of the top 20 airports in terms of passenger traffic. The company has a strong global service team of more than 2,000 personnel, command centers in Montreal and Singapore to identify and resolve performance issues before they impact customers’ operations.
 
SITA has more than 400 members and over 2,800 customers globally. It also works closely with ATI associations in global, regional and national forums to drive industry initiatives.
